The 4 swans (2 adults and 2 juveniles) that have been at Shabbona Lake for over a week were finally close enough to shore to get a good look at them today. They could also be heard quite well too. Looking through my binoculars I could easily make out yellow lores on both adults so I finally have a conclusive ID of Tundra Swans I have included a link to a photo of them below.
