CONGRATULATIONS to the Indian Creek High School Bass Fishing Team for capturing the IHSA sectional title!

Junior Garrison Govig reeled in the winning bass with a white spinnerbait on a main lake weedbed around 11:30 a.m. on Monday. The bass measured 15 inches in length and weighed 1.90 pounds.

Indian Creek advances from the sectional to the state finals, which will be held at Carlyle Lake on May 3-4.
