Mark Urba, Jr., age 14, from Manhattan, Il., caught a 7 Pound, 24″ Largemouth Bass at Shabbona Lake on Saturday May 17th, 2014. He was fishing with his dad, Mark Urba, Sr.
Mark was using a Black & Blue Trailer on a Jig, in about 19 feet of water, in the deep submerged trees, of Shabbona Lake.
The huge Bass was also the winner of Shabbona Lakeside Weekend Bass Contest and Mark, Jr. won $100 for 1st Place.
